Updated October 12, 2026.
1. Scope of this policy
This policy explains the information involved when you browse adinross Drive Logic or submit a vehicle inquiry. The records associated with an agreed service may include further details needed for that specific work.
2. Who to contact
Questions about an inquiry or personal information can be sent to [email protected]. Identify the relevant conversation with an approximate date or contact channel, without providing unnecessary documents. The website contact address and phone appear below.
3. Details requested
Name, email, a description and consent are required to submit the form. Phone and vehicle information are optional. Include recent work only where it helps explain the concern. Do not enter payment details, passwords or unrelated information about other people.
4. What happens when you submit
The server checks the fields and writes the inquiry to a protected file. The confirmation is shown after the record is saved. A failed write produces an error instead. Recording a message is not confirmation of an appointment, quote or order.
5. Reason for handling the inquiry
The details support a response, clarification of symptoms and discussion of a visit you requested. A service record, invoice or complaint may have a separate purpose. Sending a vehicle question does not sign you up for promotions.
6. Consent and withdrawal
The form asks for consent to the stated use of its entries. You can ask about the purpose and withdraw consent where applicable, subject to legal or contractual limits. Some information may remain necessary for an agreed service or required recordkeeping.
7. Corrections and access
If a detail is wrong, identify the inquiry and provide the correction rather than copying unrelated correspondence. Access requests may require a proportionate identity check. Applicable exceptions can affect what information may be disclosed.
8. How long information remains
Retention should be limited to the time needed to handle the inquiry, unresolved matters and relevant legal obligations. Different service records may have different requirements. When those reasons end, the data should be securely removed or made non-identifying.
9. People and providers involved
Authorized people handling the matter should have access only to what they need. Hosting supports the storage of submitted inquiries; separate correspondence uses the selected mail provider. Applicable law may require disclosure. Inquiry data is not sold.
10. Browsing and tracking
The host may create technical connection records, such as the time, resource, IP address and browser details. This version includes no advertising pixels, analytics, embedded third-party maps or remote fonts. Form entries are not archived in cookies or browser local storage.
11. Safeguards and privacy concerns
The inquiry file is protected against direct web access, and operational access should be restricted. Raise questions through the privacy contact. Guidance and complaint information can be found at the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
12. Changes to the information flow
New delivery tools, providers or tracking features should be reflected in an updated policy. External links lead to services with their own notices. This site does not build advertising profiles or make automated decisions affecting legal rights.
