Website and assessment terms

The difference between an inquiry, an agreed scope and authorized work.

Updated October 12, 2026.

1. Purpose of the website

adinross Drive Logic describes vehicle-assessment scopes and publishes general driver reading. Access requires neither an account nor payment. The content does not replace a vehicle manual or a relevant model-specific assessment.

2. Contact and service identification

Contact details shown on this site are listed below. A specific order should identify the service provider, vehicle, accepted scope and billing details. A general description on a page does not include every possible check.

3. A message is an inquiry

Submission records information for a conversation. It does not book time, accept a price or authorize chargeable work. Any appointment and service order are agreed separately.

4. What an assessment covers

Discuss the symptom, system access and initial checks before starting. A scan, mechanical review and repair work have different purposes. Additional testing or parts replacement requires approval if it falls outside the original order.

5. Estimates and permission

Ontario’s applicable rules on repair estimates and authorization continue to apply. Discuss the proposed amount or authorized limit and any disclosed estimate fee in advance. These terms do not allow unapproved work or override consumer protections. Ontario repair information.

6. Payment arrangements

Agree on the charge, taxes, payment timing and method when accepting an order. Canadian-location amounts should be in Canadian dollars unless expressly identified otherwise. No card information or payment is collected through the site.

7. Preparing for the assessment

Share relevant symptoms, recent repairs and modifications. Arrange suitable delivery if driving is unsafe. Confirm the keys and documents needed for the accepted work. These steps do not remove responsibilities imposed by law.

8. Changing a confirmed visit

Give notice promptly if a confirmed time no longer works. The website creates no automatic fee for cancelling an inquiry. Any authorized work already performed is handled under the agreement and applicable customer protections.

9. Meaning and limits of findings

A recorded code does not automatically identify a part to replace. An occasional symptom may not occur during a visit. Discussion should distinguish observations, established findings and open questions. A limited scope is not a whole-vehicle inspection or guarantee of future reliability.

10. Records and statutory protections

An invoice should describe the authorized work and relevant charges. Mandatory repair and warranty requirements remain in effect where applicable. Nothing here shortens those rights or offers a blanket warranty for the condition of an entire vehicle.

11. Questions about completed work

Use the date, work record and a clear symptom description when raising a concern. State the outcome you are seeking and retain supporting records. Direct discussion does not prevent access to Consumer Protection Ontario or another available remedy.

12. Information, images and updates

The privacy policy describes the current form flow. Bringing in a car does not authorize promotional publication of its photographs. Journal material and illustrative scenes provide context. Updates do not automatically change an accepted order, and mandatory rights prevail over any conflicting website term.
